History
Adam Lawrence, Boris Ajzenkol, and Nicholas Bond founded NBA Capital in 2017. We have worked closely together for 15 years on various investment projects. Combining experiences, we have acquired, developed and managed over 500 properties nationwide during this period. Since inception, NBA Capital has built a portfolio of 130+ assets with an 8 figure value.

We proactively source properties where, through utilising our knowledge and expertise, we can optimise to add significant value. This is done through the development of key partnerships with local and regional developers, tradespeople, property management firms and wholesalers, with the aim to deliver high quality housing for our tenants that enables us to achieve our investment targets.

Having developed key partnerships with some of the best property management businesses nationwide, our tenants find comfort that we manage our properties to the highest possible standards. This includes ensuring we comply with all existing and forthcoming UK law, undertake necessary maintenance on time and provide good properties fit to be called homes. This enables us to secure excellent tenants that we have good ongoing, and long-term, relationships with.

We continue to grow the the portfolio through single property acquisitions, but we are well rehearsed in purchasing entire property portfolios and companies.
